Adult singles often miss dining at or experiencing the area's best upscale restaurants because:
        * They are not dating anyone special to join them.
        * They do not have a compatible dining partner.
        * They want to avoid the expense or portions of a full dinner.

    Many upscale restaurants offer "Happy Hours" to attract customers weekday afternoons to entice new customers to experience the restaurant and sample the menu items. Also the restaurant is already fully staffed and likes the early business.
    Adult singles can go by themselves, sit at the bar or at special counters, enjoy smaller portions, pay reasonable prices and get the same refreshments while experiencing the ambiance of the upscale restaurant.
